I love Marvel and DC superheroes. Sadly, I don't have the time to read or watch it as much as I used to, but whenever I come across artwork of my favourite childhood superheroes/villains, I can't help but beam gloriously inside.

I am absolutely in love with the above two pieces. They're done by Miss Bugs (a tag team of two) based in London. I cannot believe I have come across them only now. The two discs are my favourite pieces by them. It's full of raw power and movement; I could stare at them for ages. I also love the contrast made with the colour and the white. It's addictively shocking and totally awe inspiring really; it really blows me away.

This is the best vintage/rustic art I've seen of our beloved superheroes. They're done by the  talented Michael Meyers. We all need a bit of vintage and I think my wall could do with a huge vintage superman.

Happy Halloween! Check out the dirty grunge feeling of  Joker and Ragdoll by Christopher Uminga. A perfect compliment to the underground baddies. I love the blotchy background and the feel of the pictures themselves. The cheeky childlikeness of them is also fantastic. They're cute and evil at the same time! Aww. Wouldn't we all just love a mischievous little Joker running around? No? Just me?
